I love Camouflage but I don’t travel in it.
One of my favorite style options in my everyday life is Camoflauge or “camo. It is so versatile and easily mixes and matches. And a little bit goes a long way.
Check out this Video Short of some of my favorite camo looks right now:

Despite my love for camo I highly recommend that when you are on travel you skip it altogether. Why? Because wearing camouflage is illegal in many many countries. In some places you can be arrested for wearing camo or at a minimum you will be required to change out of it immediately upon arrival and often times your clothing can be confiscated on the spot. I saw this happen with my own eyes to an American family in the airport in St. Lucia. Yikes!
For example in the Caribbean several countries ban camouflage being worn by anyone who is not a member of the military. Countries include: Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. In these countries, it is against the law for civilians to wear camouflage clothing or accessorize with anything that has a camouflage print. Here is a complete list of the countries that ban wearing camouflage.
Thankfully, Mexico, where I live is not on this list but its important to check ahead of any travel plans to make sure your destination is not a “no camo” country.
When planning travel I like to use Booking.com to find hotels and vacation rentals. When doing so, make sure you reach out to your host or hotel and ask them whether camo is allowed in the country. But also do some research of you own.
But as for my part, despite my love for camo, I simply leave it at home when I travel. For me its the less complicated option.

A great way to plan travel excursions especially in Italy is through Viator. Check them out for great deals on walking tours, tours of popular places and airport transfers. As a woman traveling alone, I make a special point to plan my excursions in advance and I especially love Viator because I have the option of not paying in full until 48 hours before my tour date and I can get a refund until 24 hours before my tour!
