What I Do

I help women exit hostile and toxic work environments using a 7 step method. Following these steps, you can negotiate your exit from a bad work environment, often without an attorney, and with a severance payment, your ticket to financial freedom!

I can also help you take the skills and learning you already have and help you come up with a location independent business strategy and plan.

My entire life changed when I hired a Black Woman to be my coach in 2018.  Over a two-year period she helped me gain the clarity needed to realize that my life needed a radical redesign and that only I could change it.  Then I hired another Black Woman as my business coach and she helped me see that I could live a location independent life helping other women do the same!

So I changed my life. I walked away from my “good” high six-figure income executive management job, I walked away from the American rat race and hamster wheel and redesigned my life into one that I can’t wait to wake up to everyday. I am now living my best life in Mexico.
